A lot of the time, youth hockey teams will play a game, and need someone to analyze the good and bad plays to relay to their team. That is exactly what we do for group sessions. These group sessions last 50-minutes and can go over a number of things. For some teams, coaches want their players to learn a quick lesson about nutrition, academics, career paths, game analysis or off ice training. So, depending on what these coaches want us to teach, we will go over any of these topics in depth to a team.
We understand coaches have a lot on their plate, so why not let us help? With our group sessions, we can provide valuable insight to your team on a number of different topics.
